Screwdriver Tips

Screws hold a lot of things together, but sometimes working with them can drive you screwy! Here are some tips to make the job easier.

Make sure that you use the right screwdriver for the job or you could risk injury to yourself and damage to your screws.

Make sure that your screwdriver doesn't slip by holding the handle perfectly straight, and in line with the screw.

For extra assurance, you can rub the tip of the screwdriver across a piece of chalk. It will help prevent those slips!

Keep some lip balm with you when you're working with screws. Believe it or not, if you rub it over the end of a screw it will make driving it a lot easier!

If youÆre having trouble holding a screw when starting it, stick the end through a piece of tape and tape it to the screwdriver. This way you'll be able to drive the screw without dropping it and you can pull the tape off when you're done!
